The language in between

Almost every trade on this page works in Spanish only. You do not need any. Send us the problem in English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian — we translate it into a written scope, brief the trade, and send the photographs and the invoice back in your language.
And for the trade it works the same way in reverse: the job arrives in Spanish, fully specified, with the price already agreed. No phone call in a language you do not speak, and no misunderstanding to argue about afterwards.

How we vet
How we vet
There is no paid placement and no way to buy a position. Four things have to be true before a business is marked vetted.
01Registered
Autónomo or SL confirmed, tax standing checked, liability cover seen rather than claimed.
02Worked a managed job
Completed work on a property under BEEM Property management. This is the entry requirement.
03Owner-checked
The owner reports on the finished work. One bad outcome removes the listing.
04Attended
Someone from BEEM met them on site and photographed the result.
For property owners
Tell us what needs doing.
You do not have to pick from the list. Describe the job in your own language and we place it with the right trade, get the quote in writing, meet them on site and send you photographs of the finished work.
For tradespeople
For tradespeople
Foreign owners are the hardest customers to reach and the easiest to keep — they cannot shop around, they pay on time, and they come back every season. The only thing in the way is language, and we remove it.

Listings are earned, never sold. A directory you can buy into is worth nothing to the owner reading it.

We do not charge trades per enquiry. Our margin comes from the owner’s coordination fee.
